Accompanied by an OMEGA Certificate of Authenticity, International Warranty dated 3 February 2006, OMEGA pictograms card, operating instructions, Gemini IV mission emblem, fitted presentation box, outer packaging and original sale tag.

In 2005, a limited edition of 2,005 examples were made to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Gemini IV, a manned space flight which was executed in June 1965. It was the first spacewalk by an American, during which Edward H. White floated free outside the spacecraft for approximately 20 minutes. The Speedmaster 40th Anniversary of Gemini IV is the only numbered edition characterized by its blue dial and blue bezel inspired by the color of the Earth as seen from space. The present watch, numbered 1045, stands out by its very good overall condition.
