NORTHERN SONG-JIN DYNASTY, 12TH-13TH CENTURY
The sides flare from the small foot to the slightly everted rim, and the interior is molded with four fish swimming around a sea creature amidst waves, while the exterior is cut with lines rising from the small foot to an incised line below the rim. The bowl is covered overall with a bubble-suffused glaze of grey-green color.
