Lot Essay

The innovative design of the Cartier Crash was first introduced in late 1967, available only in yellow gold and sold exclusively at the Cartier Boutique London. Its curved case has become one of the brand's most memorable and iconic examples.

The present watch is a re-edition of the celebrated Crash model by Cartier in a highly attractive 18k pink gold case. The watch is elevated by an exquisite skeletonized dial showcasing the technical prowess of the maison’s craftsmen.

This present watch is number 54 of a limited edition of 67 examples, a nod to its initial year of manufacture.
