Cal. 17''' nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, silvered matte dial, applied gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds, circular case, finely chased and inlaid black and blue enamel Art Deco style geometrical decoration to bezel, rim, pendant and bow, engraved lozenge-shaped initials ES and inscription Venice 1933 to the snap on back, case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer

Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe original fitted brown leather presentation box containing the notice regarding the Certificate of Origin and Warranty. Furthermore delivered with the Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial, raised gold Breguet numerals, "Murat" style case, bezel pendant and bow ornamented with black enamel and chased ribbon and flowers in 1927 and its subsequent sale on 12 December 1928.
