Lot Essay

In Eye Love Eye, Miller paints the ultimate physical portrait. Beautiful brown eyes with long lashes look out from a face that has the physiognomy of a human heart. The fat between ventricles arches like a nose; the aorta and pulmonary artery are cut to suggest hair. If emotionally we often feel led by our heart, here we see with it too, as the insides of the body are literally transformed into a heart-shaped face.
