The highly anticipated Rare Watches Including Important Private Collections  sale on 16 May at the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues in Geneva is led by an exceptional Breguet pocket watch, no. 217, formerly the property of Charles-Louis Havas, founder of Agence France-Presse (AFP). The 273-lot auction also features three important private collections, offering a wide range of exceptional vintage pieces and modern watches. A broad selection of complicated Patek Philippe watches made between the 1940s and 2012, an impressive group of Rolex sports watches and several important timepieces signed Breguet will await timepiece enthusiasts this spring in Geneva. Viewing begins on 13 May.
