The Omega Chronostop Seamaster ref. ST 145.008 was introduced into the market in 1967. The model was available with a revolving 24 hour timer for the second time zone, such as the present watch, or with a revolving dive timer or yacht timer.

The model is described and illustrated in Omega - A Journey Through Time by Marco Richon, p. 324, pl. 100.
