With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1964 and its subsequent sale on 15 May 1964. To the best of our knowledge, it has never been offered in public before.
Reference 3445 was in production from 1961 to 1981, the white gold examples were available with a silvered brushed dial with black hard enamel Roman numerals, white matte dial or blue brushed dial, the latter two with applied white gold baton numerals and white gold feuille hands.
