According to the Archives of Vacheron Constantin, the present watch was made in 1950.

This watch is a fine example of a reference 4718 model, distinguished by its attractive two-tone silvered dial which over time has taken a charismatic, perfect champagne patina, beautifully harmonizing with the pink gold case.
