With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming manufacture of the present watch with silvery opaline-white dial and yellow gold Breguet numerals in 2003 and its subsequent sale on 26 November 2003.

This watch is thought to be only the sixth example of this reference to appear in public to date.

Reference 5109, the large Gondolo model, was introduced at the Basel Fair in 2003 and in production until 2008. Its design was inspired by the Art Deco wristwatches representative of the 1920s.
