Our concept auction Masterpieces of Design and Photography, pairing seminal design with some of the most iconic photography produced in the 20th century, returns this March following the stand-out success of the inaugural auction in 2017. A stunning Joris Laarman aluminium Bone Chair (2006) features alongside other masters of Design including Gio Ponti, Marc Newson, Carlo Mollino and Marc du Plantier, while exceptionally rare prints by artists ranging from El Lissitzky and Edward Weston to Diane Arbus and Thomas Struth feature in the auction’s photographs section.
