With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, gyromax balance, champagne matte dial with baton numerals, circular case, all hinged within an 18k gold United States of America $20 coin, with the head of Lady Liberty to the cover and dated 1904, the bald eagle to the reverse, case, dial and movement signed
