Il ciclo dei Rilievi ottico-dinamici trova già nella definizione il senso della poetica di Biasi: la ricerca, attraverso la scienza antica dell'ottica, di un dinamismo percettivo ed emotivo. Dall'interazione tra le linee in PVC e le luci, e il legno dipinto, nasce una illimitata proliferazione di immagini.

This cycle [Optico-Dynamic relief serie] finds already in the definition the meaning of Biasi's poetic: the research, through optical science, of an emotional and perceptual dynamism. From the interaction between the PVC lines and the lights, and the painted wood, born an unlimited proliferation of images.
