A Momogi Do Suit of Armor

The suit lacquered black and with dark blue sugake odoshi lacing comprising; a fifty-four plate russet iron suji kabuto with large tehen aperture and four-stage shakudo tehen kanamono in eight-petal form, the bowl with shakudo katashiro pierced with chrysanthemums and with three shinodare, the rims of peak and fukigaeshi of shakudo carved with karakusa the fukigaeshi partially covered with stencilled leather, the bowl fitted with a five-lame shikoro, a gold lacquer demon (moryu) forecrest; an iron face-mask fitted with a three-lame lacquered throat guard; the shakudo fittings on the five-section cuirass carved with chrysanthemum scrolling, and the muna-ita, waki-ita and oshitsuke-no-ita clad with stencilled leather, the cuirass having a kusazuri formed of eight sections of five-lame plate tassets; tosei-sode of black-lacquered plates; sleeves with square plate upper and five-plate tsutsu-gote forearms, lacquered-leather scale thigh guards; splint shin guards (shino sune-ate); with wood storage box and armor stand
